Entry form
Entry forms must be made on the official form that is enclosed at the supplementary regulations.
The entry form must be filled in properly!!! If not the entry form cannot be accepted.

Application must be approved by the rider´s FMN and must reach the organiser not later than 29th of April 2012 until the midnight (Closing date)
The organizer will not confirm the application forms received in time and containing all information to register. The organizer shall refuse the applications not corresponding to Sporting Rules and these Supplementary Regulations. The Organizer asks the riders to use application form also to ensure the accommodation.

Only the rider who paid the entry fee at the formal check-in and pased the administrative abd technical check-in shall be admitted to the race.
Entry forms that are delivered after the deadline WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The Starting lists will be published after closing date at www.amkhorice.cz
