Championship of the CR Regularity Ride of Vintage Motorcycle
Character : temporary circuit, technically difficult of mountain style, 26 curves,15 right ones and 11 left ones in one round.
Paddock — inside the circuit, entry only through the circuit prior to closing of the circuit.
Pits: in the start and finish area, visibly divided , number of persons in the pits can be limited.
Plan of the circuit is enclosed.
The meeting will be held according ACCR Sporting Code, Road Racing Rules, this Supplementary Regulations and eventually necessary bulletins.

Ellipse plates 285x235 mm are allowed for marking of the bike. Dimension of number are 140 mm heigh and 80 mm width according to ACCR rules. Letter, marking of category, can be in half size than numbers, but in the same colour.
The competition is open for all riders — holders of FMN licence type A, B, Clasic, FIM / UEM International licence. As for the FMN DMSB also the H license for regularity riders is valid. It is not possible to buy a day — licence at the check — in. Only the original historical racing motorcycles solo and sidecars untill the production year 1978 are allowed to participate the competition. The rider himself shall provide marking of the motorcycle with the number plate using the permanent number. In case of dispute the number shall be attibuted by organizer according to the category.
Only ACCR licence holders receive the points into Contest — Championship of the CR.

Foreigner riders must submit Starting permission from their FMN. No rider or machine is permitted onto track unless he/it has passed the administrative checking and technical inspection, which will be held according to the following schedule:
The riders and the racing motorcycles must be in the paddock at the latest Saturday
19th June 2010 prior to 8.00 a.m. when the racing track shall be closed and the entry shall no more be possible. All riders (eventually co-drivers) shall participate the checking with prescribed approved equipment, confirmed application, licence and technical documentation. Should an accident take place during the event, a repeated technical inspection shall be ordered.
It is strictly forbidden to ride racing motorcycles from participants on the circuit outside the official practice periods.
The practices are organized according to the following timetable :
The riders having completed in both practice sessions at least 3 laps, in case of start in several classes at least 4 laps in all practice sessions, shall qualify for the start. The starting grid shall be established by the Organizer.
At the start, the engines must be switched off (it is not allowed to use electric starter). The rider, who is not able to start his/her machine by himself/herself, can be helped by his helper. Clerk of the course or Sporting Steward must be informed about his latest after the training. In this case the rider must start from the back row. Rider can start according to the sign of the starter‘s helper, after the start of the riders who started without any help and who left the starting grid. If rider is not able to start within 20 seconds he must immediately push the motorcycles out from the track. Jump start shall be fined by 60 penalty points. In case of bad weather conditions the start will be done from safery reasons in agreed time intervals. After the completion of the first lap the timekeepers shall execute the measuring of further determined laps. Measured laps are determined prior to the heat and only the Clerk of the Course, the sporting steward and the timekeeper know it. Measured times shall be compared with the basic time of the second lap. The time differences from the basic lap in 0,01 of second shall be turned into points. For the final classification the points shall be counted. The ranking is established by the total of penalty points. In case of equality as the help criterium the time difference in 0,001 second shall be used.
The prize giving ceremony for the best three riders of each ride shall take place for the morning program during the mean break, for the afternoon program immediately after the finish of the last ride. The prizes shall be handed during the ceremony, as the tribute to the winners of particular classes the event tune shall be played. The national anthem shall be played to the overall winner of the event.
All protests must be made in accordance with the reguirements of the ACCR Disciplinaryand Arbitration Code and be accompanied by a fee of 5000 CZK.
Fule must be in conformity with Article 02.10 of the FIM Road Racing Technical Rules.Petrol station is in the town.
By endorsing the application form entry the FMN of the rider certifies that rider is insured
accordance with the UEM requirements. In conformity whith Article 110.1 of the Sporting Code, third party insurance in respect of riders and passengers covering accidents occurring during the event including practices is inl the responsibility of the organiser.
No of contract 0013943081 Podnikatelská pojištovna. The organiser disclaims all responsibility for damage to a motorcycle, its accesssories and components arising out of an accident, fire or other cases.
Apart from the requirements of the UEM Sporting Code, riders and passengers by participating renouce all rights of appeal againts the organiser, his representatives oragents by arbitration or before a tribunal or any other manner not foressen by the UEM Sporting Code for any damages for which they could be liable in consequence of allacts or mission on the part of the organiser, his official, representatives or agents in the application of these regulations or contributed to or arising out of their actions.
The paddock is situated in the accommodation area ATC “U veže” AMK Horice. This area is fenced and during the race will be closed for public. In the paddock the ridersand their teams are obliged to follow the instructions of the organizers. The riders shall ride to the starting grid by the access road from the accommodation area ATC. Return is situated through back road Legie and the side entry. After the finish of the race the riders ride slowly the circuit and then the organizer will deflect them to the mentioned road of Legie and allowed to enter through the side entry the paddock area.
