SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS
AČR 210/401, EMN 10/111
1. ANNOUNCEMENT
AMK Hořice organises a Road racing event “51st year 300 curves of Gustav Havel” held on May, 18th — 19th 2013. FIM Europe Open Event. Points given for the Supermono class race are part of the ranking of the MČR (Championship of the Czech Republic) and the Cup SZM (Road racing motorcycles) on the road racing circuits. Points given for the races 125 SP, 125 GP, 250 GP, 250 CRR, Twin, free up to 600 (Supersport, Superstock 600) and over 600 (Superbike, Superstock 1000) are part of ranking of the Cup SZM on the road racing circuits. This event is listed in the calendar FIM Europe and ACCR under the following numbers: ACCR 210/ 401 and EMN 10/111.

3. CIRCUIT
Classic road circuit with the length of 5, 150 kilometres and maximum difference in altitude 90 metres. The circuit is technically difficult; there are 26 curves — 15 right and 11 left. Surface of the circuit is homogeneous asphalt with the width of 7-9 metres.
Paddock and boxes are visibly separated from the circuit. The number of people in the boxes can be limited by the organizers. Arrival to the paddock is possible only before the circuit is closed. A plan of the circuit is enclosed.
4. RULES
The meeting will be held according ACCR Sporting Code, Road Racing Rules, thisSupplementary Regulations and eventually necessary bulletins.

The sport event is open to all riders with a national licence issued by the FMS (Federation of motor sports) and ACCR (Association of the CR) and to riders with appropriate licences of other FMN. Foreign riders, holders of a licence of their own FMN, must present a confirmation to race abroad (starting permission) during the technical inspection. All number plates and numbers must be supplied by competitors. Czech riders use their permanent numbers; organizers assign numbers to the foreign riders that will be mentioned in the obligatory entry form. In case more riders require the same number organizers will decide. Points for the MČR Supermono are given only to the holders of ACCR licence.

The maximum number of riders allowed is following :

8. ENTRIES, ENTRY FEE
9. ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL INSPECTION
Any rider or motorcycle must not enter the circuit until the rider went through the administrative and technical inspection that will be according to the following schedule:
Riders who start in Hořice for the first time must attend a briefing that will be on Friday, May 17th 2013 at 6:00pm at the area of start. All newcomers are required to wear a green jacket during Qualifying. These must be collected from the Race Office during the administrative inspection.
The paddock in the area of ATC “U Věže” will be open on Thursday, May 16th 2013 from 8:00am to 12:00 and on Friday, May 17th 2013 from 8:00am to 10:00pm. Every participant must follow the instructions of the organizers. All riders must be in the paddock on Saturday, May 18th 2013 by 8:00am at the latest! The circuit will be closed at 8:00am and the entrance to the paddock will not be possible then.10. TIME SCHEDULE — PRACTICE, WARM UP
It´s strictly forbidden to ride a motorcycle on the circuit outside the official practice time!
Rider must complete a total of at least 5 laps during the qualification to be classified for the race. The schedule is preliminary and it can be changed.
11. TIME SCHEDULE — RACE
"Pole positions" is on the left side.
12. PRIZES
Prizes will be paid an hour after the results will be announced. Pick them up in the Secretariat (administrative building). The financial prize is fully dependent on the placing during the race. Rider must be classified in the race. In case there are less than 10 riders in certain class rider will get only 50% of the financial prize. In case there are less than 5 riders in certain class, riders will not get any money.

Riders finishing first, second and third in each race will be required to take part in a short ceremony to be held in front of the Grandstand to acclaim and garland the winners. Winner of each class will hear his/her national anthem. Prizes that won´t be picked up forfeit to the organizer.
13. PROTESTS
All protests must be made in accordance with the Disciplinary and Arbitration Code FMS ACR and accompanied by a fee of 5 000, — CZK / 200,- €.
14. DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING
There will be random tests for alcohol and presence of narcotics during the sport event.
15. FUEL
Fule must be in conformity with Article 02.10 of the FIM Road Racing Technical Rules.Petrol station is in the town.
16. INSURANCE
In accordance with the article 110.1 of the Sporting Code ACCR, the organizer´s liability insurance and responsibility of riders, passengers, competitors and officials, in case of an accident caused to the third party during the whole sport event is in the responsibility of the organizers.
The organizer is obliged to arrange an insurance of participants for damage caused by his motorcycle during the sport event. The payment of this insurance is included in the entry fee. The number of the insurance contract: 0013869817 — through the insurance brokerage company RENOMIA a.s.
The organizer disclaims all responsibility for damage to motorcycle, its accessories and components arising out of an accident, fire or other cases.
By endorsing the application form for entry, the FMN of the rider (passenger) certifies that the rider (passenger) is insured in accordance with the FIM Europe requirements.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Apart from the requirements of the UEM Sporting Code, participants (incl., but not only: competitors, riders, mechanics, guests etc.) by participating renounce all rights of appeal against the organizer, his representatives or agents by arbitration of before a tribunal or any other manner not foreseen by the UEM Sporting Code for any damages for which they could be liable in consequence of all acts or omissions on the part of organizer, his officials, representatives or agents in the application of these regulations or contributed to or arising out their actions.
The management of the race and Jury reserves the right to modify these Supplementary regulations and the timetable of the event by bulletins published later.
17. PARKING AND THE EXIT FROM THE TRACK
Paddock is a part of the accommodation facilities ATC “U Věže” AMK Hořice. Area of the paddock is fenced and at the time of the event is closed to the public. Riders (passengers) and members of their team are obliged to follow the organizer´s instructions.
Riders will ride to the starting line through the access road from the paddock. Return to the paddock is through the “Cesta Legií” and the side entrance. Rider will slowly pass one more lap after the race and will be diverted to the previously mentioned “Cestu Legií” and admit to the paddock by the side entrance.
