SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS

1. ANNOUNCEMENT
AMK Horice organises a Road Racing event FUCHS OIL — 50. 300 Curves of GustavHavel at the Circuit 300 Curves of Gustav Havel Horice. It will be count into ACCR Supermono Championship, ACCR Classic Championship and Roand Racing Cup. This event will be held on 19th — 20th of May 2012. ACCR 210 /502 , EMN 10/123.

3. CIRCUIT
Classic road circuit with the length of 5,150 kilometres, max. altitude level difference 90m. The track is technically difficult, there are 26 curves,15 right ones 11 left ones.Track surface is homogeneous asphalt-covered, width 7 — 9 metres.Pits: visibly separated from the racing track, the number of persons in the pits may belimited by the Organizer.
4. RULES
The meeting will be held according ACCR Sporting Code, Road Racing Rules, thisSupplementary Regulations and eventually necessary bulletins.

The competition is open of the holders of national and higher licences issued by ACCR and for rider with licences issued by the other FMNs.
In the competiton of Classic class can participate just originale race and supersport motorcycles, manufactured by the year 1972 in dimensional classes within 350cc, 500cc, 750cc.
Year of the production determinates the youngest substantial part of motorcycle(engine, engine cooling, gearbox, frame, fork spring, springing, brakes, wheels, carburettor, hood shape, used materials etc.).
The rider is obliged to himself to ensure the numbers plates, home riders shall use their usual numbers. To foreign riders the organizer will allocate the number and mention the numbers in obligatory application forms.
Foreigner holder of licence issued by other FMNs must submit during administrative checking their Start Permission.
7. NUMBER OF RIDERS ADMITTED
The maximum numbers of riders allowed will be as follows :
- Practice 40
- Race 32
8. ENTRY FORMS, ENTRY FEE
9. REGISTRATION, SCRUTINEERING
No rider or machine is permitted to enter the track unless he has passed the technical inspection which will be held according to the following timetable :
Riders briefing — instruction for new riders who start in Horice for the first time will take place on Friday 18th May 2012 at 5.00 p.m. in the area of start.
Entry to paddock in the area of Autocamp U Věže will be open for the participants on Thursday May, 17th 2012 since 8 a.m. till 12 p.m., on Friday May 18th 2012 since 8 a.m. till 10 p.m. Every participant will follow the instructions of the staf.
10. PRACTICE
It is strictly forbidden to ride racing motorcycles from participants on the circuit outsidethe official practice periods.
Each riders must have completed 5 timed laps in order to be admitted to the race.
11. RACES : TIME TABLE AND DISTANCES
"Pole positions" is on the left.
12. PRIZES
The prize money shall be paid one hour after the official results publication in theOrganizer´s office. The prize money amount depends on rider´s ranking in the race.The condition is classification to the race. Not picked up prize money remains to the Organizer.

The prize giving ceremony of three best riders in each class will be held after its over.As the tribute to the winner his national anthem shall be played.
13. PROTESTS
All protests must be made in accordance with the reguirements of the ACCR Disciplinaryand Arbitration Code and be accompanied by a fee of 5000 CZK.
14. FUEL
Fule must be in conformity with Article 02.10 of the FIM Road Racing Technical Rules.Petrol station is in the town.
15. INSURANCE
By endorsing the application form entry the FMN of the rider certifiles that the rider (or passenger) is insured in accordance with the UEM reguirements.
In conformity whith Article 110.1 of the Sporting Code, third party insurance in respect of riders and passengers covering accidents occuring during the meeting including practices will be the responsibility of the organiser by Insurance Podnikatelská pojištovna,a.s. Vienna INSURACE Group : 0013945750
The organiser disclaims all responsibility for damage to a motorcycle, its accesssories and components arising out of an accident, fire or other cases.
Rider is confirming by his own signature at this entryform that is insured according to ACCR, and UEM rules (acording to event) for amount published at these rules.
16. RENUNCIATION OF RECOURSE AGAINST SPORTING AUTHORITIES
Apart from the requirements of the UEM Sporting Code, riders and passengers byparticipating renouce all rights of appeal againts the organiser, his representatives oragents by arbitration or before a tribunal or any other manner not foressen by the UEMSporting Code for any damages for which they could be liable in consequence of allacts or mission on the part of the organiser, his official, representatives or agents in theapplication of these regulations or contributed to or arising out of their actions.
17. THE PADDOCK, THE DRIVE OUT FROM THE CIRCUIT
The paddock is situated in the accommodation area ATC “U veže” AMK Horice. Thisarea is fenced and during the race will be closed for public. In the paddock the ridersand their teams are obliged to follow the instructions of the organizers. The riders shall ride to the starting grid by the access road from the accommodationarea ATC. Return is situated through back road Legií and the side entry. After the finish of the race the riders ride slowly the circuit and then the organizer will deflect them to the mentioned road of Legií and allowed to enter through the side entry the paddock area.
